“House Despina” is a two-storey house on the outskirts of Sarti. Most of the rooms have a sea and village view. The large roof garden with sun loungers, a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue grill has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (Mount Athos) as well as the bay of Sarti. It is the ideal spot to socialize with friends or family and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. There are two-bed or three-bed studios with a shower, toilet and a large balcony. We also offer apartments with 2 separate bedrooms which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a separate kitchen, shower / toilet, 2 large balconies. Our apartment are convenient for families with children. Every studio or apartment also has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, refrigerator, coffee maker. The distance from our house to the sandy beach is a 4 minutes-walk.

Chalkidiki consists of three peninsulars: Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos. While Kassandra with its touristic infrastructure attracts tourists from all over the world, Sithonia has been largely spared from mass tourism. Sithonia stands for sun, endless white sandy beaches, secluded smaller beaches, crystal clear turquoise water and a wild mountainous landscape. Nature lovers in particular get their money's worth here. Popular destinations from Sarti are: Amoliani island, Athos (autonomous monastic republic), caves of Petralona, Olynthos, Xerxes Canal in Nea Potidea, Stratoniki (School of Aristotle). The fishing village of Sarti, which has grown to around 2000 inhabitants offers, in addition to its charming location, a long sandy beach and a wide range of entertainment. Many cafes, taverns and restaurants on the beach as well as in the center of the village offer a wide range of Greek specialties. Numerous souvenir and jewellery shops as well as boutiques invite you to a leisurely shopping spree. There are over 10 supermarkets for daily needs, several butchers and bakeries. A pharmacy and medical care are also available. The wide and clean sandy beach has been awarded with the European flag, standing for high standard and excellent water and beach quality. Sports activities are offered by the local diving school. Tourists have the opportunity to learn and improve windsurfing, try various aqua activities or even get their diving license. Travel agencies in the village offer, among other things, boat tours to Mount Athos, city trips to Thessaloniki as well as mule trekking. Mountain bikes, motorbikes and a car rental are also available.

On request, we run a free room service with towel exchange every 3 days. • Check-in: after 2:30 p.m. Check-out: until 10:30 a.m. at the latest. • Motorbike rental & Car rental: On request, we have 2 car rental companies who give our guests a 10% discount. • We can organize a transfer from Thessaloniki airport to Sarti for you.
